I’m adept and experienced in employee participation law, reorganisations and all kinds of dismissal cases, even those that may seem unachievable. I’m particularly skilled at applying my legal knowledge to my client’s specific situation. By working together in this way, we can find a solution or suitable settlement, but not at all costs.

For me, making the law understandable is also about informing and educating clients. For example, by teaching Client Classes in-house or on location. They cover a wide variety of subjects, from the position of company directors (under the articles of association) through to dealing with the works council or with employees who are underperforming.
