"Perseverance pays off in the end"

Intellectual property law is the area of the law that protects creativity. I have devoted heart and soul to the subject for the last 25 years, and find working for businesses and people who create and market innovative products  most energising. Although I have developed a particular specialism in the furniture and interiors sector, companies from lots of other sectors now regularly turn to me. My clients include a wide range of Dutch and international companies working in various different sectors, from architecture to ICT, and from recreational boating to furniture, domestic appliances, media and art.

I’m proud that many of my clients are among the best in their field. My clients can rely on me to adopt a proactive approach and devise the best possible solution for any issue. When necessary, I’ll fight to defend my client’s interests in the court room.

I  enjoy sharing my knowledge by writing articles for specialist journals, including furniture magazine Meubel, for ArchitectuurNL and for my blogs on LinkedIn. For businesses that launch apps, I have written an e-book on the subject of apps and the law. I also regularly tweet about issues relating to my area of law.

Physical fitness is an essential ingredient in ensuring optimum performance, which is why I regularly go running and can often be found on the tennis court.
