”Fast and creative solutions achieved through a strong sense of intuition”

I have been a practising lawyer for more than 25 years. And every day and on every project, I still find it a fascinating and challenging field in which to work. This is especially so when I become intensively involved with my clients. I enjoy finding out all about my clients and exploring my specialist field of employment law. Obviously, I don’t do this single-handedly, but work with the employment law team at Van der Steenhoven advocaten.

I’m committed to providing a personalised approach. My aim is to offer my clients effective, progressive and practical solutions. By applying this approach, my client and I can achieve the best results together – and our working relationship can last for years. I also enjoy bringing my clients up to speed in my professional field. Which is why I share my knowledge and experience in our Client Classes, updates and lectures. I particularly enjoy working with housing corporations and financial and real estate organisations.

I’m at my best when work is at its most hectic. I keep control of things and persevere until everything is completely finished. But I can only work like this by staying well-balanced. Which is why I can often be found enjoying nature or doing yoga. I also travel regularly to India and Nepal.
